Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns:
If your order was damaged when you received it, we are happy to arrange a replacement.
Please contact hello@louiselambeth.com within 30 calendar days from the date you received your product.
To be eligible for a replacement product please provide your order number or receipt and a photo of the damaged product and packaging so we can process your request promptly.
Please note: If the product is damaged a new copy will be supplied.
Refunds:
If your order was not what you expected when you received it, please contact hello@louiselambeth.com.
You have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a refund please provide your order number or receipt.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in returned in good saleable condition.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
